There are no villages, population or other pollution agents along its margins. The beach on the property of “Barra do Caí” is one of the only beaches in South America with such a large river mouth, not considering the quality and purity of the water that reaches the calm sea in a spectacle for the eyes. The river can be explored not only by small canoes but also by boats and small ships for almost 20 kilometers, and there one can enjoy the ecosystem of mangroves. The Office of Water Resources has granted the property an allowance of 504 m³ of water per day. Brazil is a country of beautiful landscape, and the people are very friendly. The state of Bahia holds one of the most festive carnivals in the world, second only to the carnival in Rio de Janeiro.
